Since Mala wrote such a great detailed review I wont repeat but wanted to give my overall opinion.
It's obvious that both Sadie and Kaya are great teachers and excellent dancers. And I like their personalities a lot. It's full of good instruction, however, I think I'd rather see Kaya and Sadie doing parts alone as opposed to both always together. At times it works, but at times it felt odd. This DVD is awesome. Sadie and Kaya are very easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this dvd to everyone. These two are excellent teachers, in class or on dvd. Not only are they extremely talented, they are beautiful and nice people too. ;)
