I like this product. It definitely helps with my workout routine when I am doing interval training. the vibrate option is okay...prefer the high beep with or without ipod in ears. If your music is down, you can hear it. But definitely worth using for group training...love it.

I do alot of Tabata Kettlebell and jump rope training and this little guy is great for that, You are able to set the minutes, seconds, hours, and you also can set two different training intervals at the same time!. This is great and your workouts can flow effortly. This little pink timer is fantastic for HIIT. I exercise in the morning and it just makes it even easier not to have to think about when to change intervals. Therefore, I can concentrate more on the effort instead of doing "clock math" in my head. I should have purchased this months ago. Its small and unobtrusive and the beep function is loud enough to hear with headphones on. It's an excellent product at an excellent price!

I have had the original Gymboss for awhile now and love it! It's great for interval training/running and lifting weights (to time the rest periods), I even use it as an alarm clock to time my naps! So, when I saw this New Version Pink Gymboss I had to have one. It has a Stopwatch feature which is great for my CrossFit workouts. If you have never tried CrossFit, you should. It's a killer workout that will knock you on your butt!
