For sizing we usually recommend that you match your t-shirt size. Unless your body type is one extreme or the other, that's what we have them made to fit. Remember, it's not the length of your foot that matters, it's more a question of how big around your ankle happens to be.

These ankle supports are great! I've used them 3 or 4 times now for my Muay Thai routines, and they're doing a great job of saving the skin of my foot since the vinyl shell of my Wavemaster XXL lightly scrapes the top of my foot when I impact with my shin.
