An absolutely fantastic telling of a story that centers around a group of Ad Executives that work at an Ad Agency on Madison Avenue in New York city, circa 1960. A great glimpse into how much America has changed since the 60's. Unfortunately I bought the Blu Ray version and do not have a Blu Ray player. This was my fault as I did not notice it was Blu Ray. If someone wants this or can trade for the regular version, let me know....

I had read about the critical acclaim for Mad Men and knew it wons awards etc. but had not seen an episode. I just bought a Blu-Ray player and needed a test disc so I bought Mad Men Season One. Wow! I don't watch a whole lot of television. As a grad student in literature, I watch a few shows now and then that people tell me are "revolutionary" or "amazing", and most of the time, I've been disappointed.
