Love avon products anyway. This is nice eyeliner. The blue is beautiful and works fine for me. It is small enough, so that it doesn't take up a lot of room. Very pleased.

I love this eye liner. it is awesome. my only thing is that it is hard to get off. it seems with with water and makeup remover, i can still see some of it on. but i still love it

Don't be fooled by the cheap price. I first bought this at a little country fair in Wells Vermont (it has two roads. Seriously.) for $1, and I was like, what have I got to lose. And I have never been satisfied with any other blue liners since. I have brown eyes, and navy blue liner brings out brown really well (it's what Catherine Zeta Jones uses to make hers really pop). I keep losing this one (because it's purse sized and because I lose everything haha). So own liners from just about every drugstore ... Read More
