I've had this lock for over a month now and overall, it's been a good experience. I haven't had any of the key problems mentioned by some other reviewers (I did notice that the key will not turn smoothly if the lock is loose - so, if you want your key to turn well, make sure that the bar and the U are flush and fully engaged.) The lock is definitely pretty heavy-duty, and excellent for that old trick of "park next to a nicer bike with a cable lock." So far I've not had any problems leaving my bike ... Read More

I have been using this lock for several weeks on my bike. It works great. The lock attaches to the bike so you don't have to carry it when you are riding it. It arrived quickly in the mail.

First of all, I don't agree with the ones telling that the keys are inappropriate. I have no problem with the keys. You should try some 'special' tricks for breaking the key!
Everything is perfect with this u-lock. It's long enough to provide you enough space for locking your bike's frame and tire to a bike rack at the same time. This provides much more security.
