It is easy to install and keeps the trailer level and it swings up out of the way during travel. Good product.

After I installed this jack (which was VERY easy to do), my life was made easier when hooking my trailer to my truck. Couple of turns on the handle and I could take it off/on the ball. The big wheel made it easy to move to put the trailer into its position. I even bought a yellow pad (along with wheel chocks)to put the wheel in so the trailer wouldn't move from that position. Definitely recommended!
