Very nice sounds of just the ocean and beach. Four different tracks are included and they do have different moods. A very relaxing peaceful CD.

I was looking for something to help me get to sleep. I had tried others but often found music added that was distracting. This is really beautiful and I use it for just relaxing too. There are a few seagulls and seal sounds but it makes it all the more natural and I am able to visualize myself seaside.

That's right. I use this to create white noise while my baby sleeps. It works very well - almost too well, as I find myself struggling to stay awake when it's on! LOL But, it's soothing, and perfect for helping my kiddos tune out the world and take a nap. (We used this with our older children, too.)

Unfortunately, my kids have not inherited my ability to fall asleep, literally, 5 seconds after my head hits a pillow.
