Breaking Dawn was the wonderful ending to a wonderful story. Bella develops into a mature adult and gets married, has a child that she gives up her human life for and Edward gets to be a dad which he thought was impossible. Even Jacob has his happy ending as he finds his soul mate in Bella's daughter. To me it was the fairytale ending to a fairytale story. It couldn't have ended any other way.

I have to admit that the final book was a bit of a departure from the rest of the series - more fantastic and less romantic - but I liked it.
I agree with the other reviewer... all the single star reviews ARE definitely killing my buzz. The book doesn't contain a powerful message for today's youth, it's just good (fun) fiction.

I have to admit, I do not like to read...however, I bought the audio CD's in order to enjoy the Twilight series. I am kind of glad I did, because with the amount of detail that Stephanie Meyer writes with, it is a bit exhausting. The books were slow at the beginning, but always made it worth it in the end. At one point, I was so eager to finish, that I stayed up listening until 5am.

I love the Twilight Saga. I adore this book series. When I first read twilight, I couldn't put the book down. I read it in one day. Then I read it 5 more times in one week. New Moon was wonderful too. When Edward left Bella, I cried. It was such a sad thing. Maybe a little over the top, but it was still good. Eclipse was also a good book. Fantasy? Yes, fantasy but dangerous for young girls. It's all about the boys girls. Find your "soul mate" or else you will whither on the vine. You'll pine, pout until you and your "soul mate" are bonded. Pretentious claptrap. Sad, that in this day and age, someone again directs young women to find their fulfillment in life through their boyfriend--vampire or human. I thought we'd moved past this but, apparently, not.
