I suppose you could download the workout plans and some of the other stuff contained in this journal for free but for me it is worth the cash to have it all laid out for you. It definitely helped me follow the BFL plan.

This journal goes with me everywhere! The daily success stories are helpful and inspiring. Having this tool handy to record meals, workouts, and personal thoughts is essential to making this Program easy and trackable.

I love this journal, it has been very helpful in keeping with the BFL program. The only thing I wish would have been in the journal was a map of all the muscle groups for reference. But the BFL book has it and I use that when needed.

This is the second time I purchased this book. I am in the process of completing my second 12-week program. This book helps me tremendously and I absolutely love that all the workouts are pre-planned. That is the only way I get my workouts in. It has really helped me organize everything. I also like completing the daily journal entries and reflecting on what's working (and what's not). A great buy!!
